The following volunteers have been elected by the membership to serve on our Board of Directors:
Louie Espinosa
President
Louie was first elected to the Board in 2004. He was appointed as president in 2009 after having served as Security Officer and as a member of the Finance Committee. This is his first assignment as President of the Credit Union.
Michael D. Murphy
Vice President
Deputy Chief Mike began his service to the credit union as a member of the Supervisory Committe in 1987. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 1990 and has served the credit union in many areas over the years.
Jim Jones
Treasurer
Jim is a retired Toledo Police officer who was first elected to the Board in 1989. He has held many executive and committee positions during his service to the credit union.
William Burpee
Secretary
Bill, a retired officer, served on the Board of Directors from 1988-2003. He took a year off and was reelected in 2004 and has served the credit union as it's Secretary since that time.
James Zawodny
Security Officer
Jim was first appointed to the Supervisory Committe in 2006 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in November, 2007 to complete the unexpired term of a resigning member of the Board. Jim was elected to the Board in 2008.
Louie Borucki
Louie initially served the credit union from 1999-2004, three of those years as it's President. He took a few years off after retirement but wanted to get involved in the credit union again and was reelected in 2007. He is serving on the Loan Review and Finance Committees.
Carl Stachura
Carl was first elected to the Board in 2003 and has actively served on the Finance and Operations committees. Carl was appointed as President of the Board in 2007 and 2008.
Jim Matthews
Jim is a retired Captain and was first elected to the Board in 2003. He is presently serving his second term and had served on the Operations and Finance Committees.
Ed Palinski
Ed, a retired officer began his service to the credit union in 1998 when he was elected to the Credit Committee. He was then elected to the Board of Directors in 1999 and has served the credit union since that time. He is presently serving on the Loan Review Committee.
The Board of Directors has appointed the following members to serve on the Supervisory Committee:
Richard Pohl
Dick has served on the supervisory comittee since 1991, now as chair person of the committee.
Phil Toney
Randy Kozina
Phil was appointed to this position in 2001.
Randy was first appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2009
